Our transaction advisory services combine a preliminary goal and needs assessment with available real estate data to determine our client’s business strategy. We provide the following services:

• Disposition: Our real estate advisors do the same for sellers, giving recommendations regarding which buyer should prevail — the highest bidder isn’t always the best choice.

Property value is based on many factors including the price and condition of nearby buildings as well as the direction the market is headed. We also provide Property Condition Assessment (PCA) inspections for commercial properties. Our real estate services have expanded into mission-critical properties for data and call centers. We are able to represent the seller for government inquiries.
