PSG has provided our Program/Project Management Services to multiple Capital One data center facilities including data center facility management, equipment upgrades, renovations and refreshes of the space along with food services areas.
Our most recent project is a 3-phased, 73 KSF technical operations center (TOC) refresh for Capital One. The refresh quadrupled the size of the facility which consists of people space, TOC and Help Desk/Call Center and food service areas.
PSG assembled the project teams including procurement of the design team, construction management firm, and independent commissioning agents.
PSG managed the team’s collaboration documenting goals and objectives, budgets, plans and schedules, and design development phases.
PSG personnel were on-site to manage the activities and progress. All work required approved Methods of Procedure (MOPs).
PSG avoided disruption of Capital One’s ongoing critical business operation while working within the infrastructure of the existing data centers and strictly adhering to Capital One’s security procedures.
