Ted Tremain, MCR, PMP
Mr. Tremain is the Vice-President of PM/CM Services in Richmond, Virginia. Ted directs PSG’s organizational and strategic operations for the Richmond office. He is a results-driven leader in the industry with an extraordinary ability to see opportunities and issues from multiple perspectives. This open-minded approach ensures well-grounded and fully integrated options as potential solutions.
Ted leverages his over 25 years of experience in project, program and portfolio management in the construction, technology, and financial services industries to continuously deliver award-winning, innovative, and operationally efficient spaces for clients. He has a demonstrated track record of building strong relationships among cross-functional teams to achieve project and program objectives.
Prior to joining PSG Ted served as Regional Design & Construction Delivery Lead for Capital One, leading the efforts for their Corporate Real Estate / Workplace Solutions - Design and Construction for the Central Virginia region. He was the driving force for many award-winning projects such as the 1717 Innovation Center conversion of a 110-year-old tobacco warehouse. He was also integral to the success of Capital One’s multi-year program to modernize 1.25M SF at the 12-building Richmond Campus incorporating new workplace strategies.
Ted is a James Madison University graduate where he earned his degree in Business. He then went on to earn his master’s in project management at George Washington University and his PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute.
