Mrs. Lancaster is the Vice-President of Accounting and Administration. She has over 20 years of accounting and administrative experience in diverse aspects of financial and small business operations.
During her 12 years at PSG, Lesley has managed a myriad of responsibilities, ranging from budgeting, asset management, financial reporting, profitability analysis, contract management, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, and reviewing company policies and procedures. She is also the resident IT specialist and manages our outsource providers.
Lesley served three years in the US Air Force studying aviation electronics and six years of accounting in civil service. Her military training and background have prepared her to have the necessary attitude and determination to tackle any potential challenges the work place has to offer.
