Project Solutions Group (PSG) is pleased to announce it has been chosen to provide Space Planning Support Services for National Institutes of Health (NIH). PSG will be support Health, Education and Research Associates, Inc. (HERA, HERA Laboratory Planners) on the First Floor and Mezzanine Renovation of Building 38 at the National Library of Medicine (NLM).
The National Library of Medicine (NLM) fully occupies Building 38 on the Bethesda Main Campus of NIH. PSG will provide design support services to assist with space planning, commissioning, and internal coordination for upcoming projects within the facility including modifications to the existing reading room spaces, staff admin spaces, the library’s entrance foyer and existing exhibition spaces for the next three (3) years from concept planning to activation support services.
This task will primarily be managed by PSG’s Space Planner to assist, interface, and coordinate with NLM staff, ORF staff, the Fire Marshal, NIH Security and all required entities. PSG has been providing Space Planning and Program/Project Management Services for over 19 years to federal clients. PSG’s, D’Neen Ross was hand-picked for this project based on her technical and customer service skills and experience to execute the tasks assigned.
